GP Urgent Care Center Northwest-Utrecht is the responsibility of SpoedzorgNU B.V. Together with RegiozorgNU, SpoedzorgNU is part of ZorgNU, the cooperative of general practitioners in Northwest-Utrecht. The GPs of RegiozorgNU take care of GP urgent care outside office hours at this post.

We are NPA certified

Since the summer of 2024, we have held the NPA-Certification General Practitioner’s Urgent Care Center seal of approval, a quality system that matches the specific tasks within a GP Urgent Care Center and in primary care. We continue to monitor our patients’ satisfaction using NPA tools, and will pay special attention to their participation through the client council and the staff representation.

Patients rate us with a 9

Periodically, we conduct patient satisfaction surveys. Using a validated questionnaire, we ask a large group of patients about their experience via an online survey.

The May 2024 patient satisfaction survey shows that patients from Northwest-Utrecht rate the care provided by triage and family physicians with a generous 9. This is a recognition of the commitment and quality of our triage specialists and GPs. Permanent points of attention are accessibility, waiting time and privacy.
